ABOUT US

Oakbank Services is a family owned and operated plant hire and waste management company, established in 1983.  We are based in Dumfries, Southwest Scotland and our core business is the supply of waste management services, the haulage of dry waste and the supply of operated plant to both the private and public sectors.

Skip hire extends into commercial and domestic markets with containers ranging in size from 2 cu/yd to 50 cu/yd, which are available in standard sizes or tailored to suit individual customer requirements and specific applications.  Roll on Roll off skips are also available as well as front end loader bins.

Oakbank Services also own and operate an Inert Landfill Site, where plans are currently being reviewed with SEPA, with regard to the installation of an Inert Recycling Facility being installed at the same location to further enhance our Waste Management Services.

Plant hire services include wheeled and tracked excavators ranging from JCB Wheeled Backhoe Diggers to 24 ton tracked excavators as well as low loader services, forward tipping dumpers, tractors and trailers.

All plant operators are widely experienced and accredited to CITB CPCS standards.
