David’s strengths include developing new relationships with clients and maintaining the client relationships that the company has gained over the years. David has been key in driving profitability across the group, and has directed many of the new initiatives for Oakbank Waste Management Ltd, such as the new waste management facility, which includes the Kiverco picking line.
David continues to drive the rapid growth of Oakbank Waste Management Ltd, which has seen the company become established as well respected leaders in the waste management services sector throughout Dumfries and Galloway.

Stuart is the Health and Safety Manager at Oakbank Waste Management Ltd and is in charge of the safety, health environment, and quality assurance side of the business. Stuart supervises and coordinates work systems to ensure that the company’s products and services meet the highest quality standards possible, and that the working conditions of the company are favourable and safe.
The Health and Safety Manager’s day-to-day job involves leading, developing and maintaining the HSE management programmes and systems for both the site and factory, as well as recording and communicating the relevant information with the team.
Stuart also supports line management in delivering site HSE objectives.
Andy McNishServices Manager
As Services Manager, Andy has a number of wide ranging responsibilities for Oakbank Waste Management Ltd, including managing, developing, and continuously improving the service provided by the OWM team.
Andy’s job role consists of developing appropriate work systems to achieve performance targets, as well as working with external partners. He is responsible for all aspects of service operations, ensuring delivery of services in line with contract and customer requirements, and achieving high quality and positive outcomes for service users.

Louisa joined Oakbank Waste Management Ltd in June 2015 to provide ongoing management services support to help grow the business. Prior to joining the waste industry, Louisa spent over 15 years working in learning and development, before taking on more recent roles working in the oil and gas industry and with a polyester films manufacturer.
The role of Management Services Assistant is ever expanding, and ranges from tracking the movement of waste and producing reports to managing PR and communications activity to ensure customers and stakeholders are up to date.
Part of Louisa’s job role also involves helping to oversee the HR function for the Mosspark Group.

Doreen McKinnonOffice Supervisor
With over 43 years service in June this year, Doreen is one of the longest serving members at this family run business and has worked with three generations of the Bogie Family.
Doreen originally started as an Office Junior with Dundas Chemical Company, and has since seen the company expand over the years. During her time, Doreen has been involved in a number of aspects of the business, including learning about fallen stock collections, purchase and sales ledgers, wages, banking, and bank reconciliations.
After a short spell away to raise a family, Doreen returned to full time work in the position of Office Supervisor. This position includes liaising with customers, invoicing, dealing with debt, banking, wages and the daily running of the office.

With almost 12 years experience at Oakbank Waste Management Ltd as part of the invoicing team, Barbara has seen the family-run business expand greatly over the years. Prior to joining, Barbara spent over 20 years working in the agricultural industry.
Barbara’s role with OWM predominately involves answering telephone calls, dealing with customer enquiries and orders, and processing them through the system to invoicing, as well as recording weighbridge data and checking purchase invoices.
Megan CallaghanAdministrative Assistant
Since leaving school four years ago, Megan has gained business and administration experience in a solicitors office and at an engineering company, and in September 2015, the opportunity arose for Megan to join the Mosspark Group as an Administrative Assistant.
Megan’s role within the company changes on a day-to-day basis, as her job role often requires her to pick up different kinds of work from different departments as and when required. As an Administrative Assistant, Megan deals mostly with wheelie bin enquiries and ensuring invoices are raised and processed correctly.
Tracy ClachertyPayroll Administrator
Tracy joined Oakbank Waste Management Ltd in May 2016 as a Payroll Administrator. She came to the company with over 25 years experience of working in finance and payroll departments within the manufacturing, construction, care and security industries.
The Payroll Administrator role involves processing the weekly payroll, generating weekly reports for management, processing holiday requests, completing monthly health scheme returns, and credit control.
Tracey KellyPurchase Ledger Controller
Having joined Oakbank Waste Management Ltd in May 2014, Tracey’s job role is to oversee all financial transactions regarding goods and services bought on behalf of the company.
Prior to working in the waste industry, Tracey has over 10 years experience in purchase ledger and over 20 years’ experience in stock control, which included working for a vehicle manufacturing company, a civil engineering supply company and a major supermarket chain.
Tracey’s main responsibilities include preparing supplier reports, resolving queries on the ledger, scheduling supplier payments, processing customer invoices and month end reconciliation.
Neale StewartSenior Weighbridge Administrator
Neale joined the company in November 2012, initially as an operative in the pet food factory, after a number of years working on the trades in the construction industry.
Being Weighbridge Operator involves managing Oakbank Waste Management Ltd’s weighbridge operations, and includes the control and co-ordination of waste movement on and off site, and ensuring that all acceptable waste materials entering or leaving the waste management facility are recorded and accounted for in line with licensing requirements.
Neale has to direct traffic coming on to the site and operate the weighbridge, recording all vehicles entering and leaving the site. His job also involves completing the appropriate documentation and collecting driver signatures for accounting purposes, to enabling him to update the computerised system accordingly.
